#013 731 TILLOTSON. Bright blue.
Several shades and tones of blue coloration have been observed in the 731 threadless with Tillotson embossing. At least four or five color variants could be generally classified into the "sapphire" family. This beauty is among the most vivid, with excellent clarity and brightness.
Embossing is weakened, but all lettering is present and readable. Absolutely incredible condition with an unused appearance! We don't call any insulator mint, but if we did..........
