#036 CD 162 N.E.G.M. CO. Sapphire blue.
The NEGM Co marking represents the New England Glass Manufacturing Company, which was listed in the Boston (Massachusetts) City Directory for 1899. Several styles of glass insulatro were produced with the embossed company marking. The CD 162 is relatively common in aqua glass, but seldom encountered in this attractive sapphire blue coloration.
