#045 CD 260 HI CO HAWLEY PA USA. Aqua.
The "Hawley Helmet" produced by the Harloe Insulator Company. Harloe operated first in Elmer, New Jersey for a very short period of time while their factory in Hawley was being constructed. Upon completion of the Hawley works, production was moved there, where the company manufactured several styles of insulators, mostly lower voltage types for communication lines. The helmets were one of few types produced by Harloe for higher voltage applications.
Inconspicuous bruise at top of the pinhole is easily overlooked (the dark line on the dome, left of center, is a crease on the glass surface, not damage). Shallow chip on the center ridge was buffed (appears as a lighter area to extreme right in the photo).
