Description

#148     CD 127     W1      Light aqua with opaque impurities.

A sizable milky-olive glob floats in the mid-section of this early telegraph insulator produced in the 1870's.  Additional opaque bands and milky ribbons of are present in the dome and side skirt.

Molding techniques are similar to other insulators believed to have been produced in the Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania area.

This one takes on a dramatic appearance when bottom lighted!

Just a little, light wear on the dome edge.  Couple of shallow surface annealing lines mentioned only for accuracy, as most collectors pay no attention to them.    No chips, flakes, pings or dings.  An easy very near mint classification!
