#194 CD 263 PATD MAY 12 1891 COLUMBIA. Dark aqua.
One of the more unusual insulator designs, and quite popular among collectors. The glass characteristics and molding techniques appear to be that of the Brookfield Glass Company.
Has just a little abrasion and very small flaking at the eye openings. Minor enough that it's easily considered very near mint.
