#259 CD 185 HEMINGRAY-95 Hemingray blue. Sharp drip points.
A specially designed insulator with a through pinhole, fashioned for use in mines where water seepage created challenges for insulating wires. The through pinhole allowed for a specially designed pin to drain water, which otherwise would have accumulated in the upper portion of the insulator.
Nice color and overall nicer condition than many. Five drip points have partial flakes. Remainder of insulator in excellent condition.
