Description

#261     CD 164     Petticoat.     Amethyst.

Found in a darker shade of purple, and this lighter, amethyst shade.  The light examples were found mostly in northwestern Washington State, whereas limited numbers of the darker ones have surfaced in the Vancouver, British Columbia area.  The Anacortes Glass Company in Anacortes, Washington is known to have produced some examples of this insulator style/embossing, but it is unknown if all examples were made there, or if perhaps some may also have been made at a Canadian glasshouse.

Has only two drip points partially flaked.  Remainder of insulator in wonderful condition!  A great example of this scarce insulator!
