#293 Similar to 718. TELEGRAPH IN CANADA 1846-1996. Bright blue. Base embossed. Commemorative.
Commemorative created by Mark Lauckner. Excellent duplication of an actual 718 threadless. Wonderful, crude characteristics with bubbles and fabulous glass string pattern on the top and sides of the dome.
Very, very near mint.
