#409 CD 121 PAT'D SEP'T 19TH 1899 Green.
"Pleated skirt" insulator in an attractive green coloration. Subtle olive amber patches, small chunks of white "snow" and other impurities add appeal to this toll style insulator, possibly produced in Elmer, New Jersey.
Very near mint.
