#572 CD 122 MC LAUGHLIN NO 16 Citrine.
Citrine colored glass was used in the production of a handful of different insulator styles by the McLaughlin Glass Company. Most often, CD 164 units are encountered. The CD 122 units are scarcer, and typically do not have as dark of coloration. This is among the darker shades encountered in a CD 122.
Nice separation of color is present, with streaking in the dome and a defined yellow amber streak in the upper right skirt area.
Small numeral "5" embossed in the wire groove.
Exceptional, sparkling, very near mint+ condition.
