Description

#631       CD 162       H.G. CO.    PATENT MAY 2 1893.      PETTICOAT       Bright amber.

An exceptionally brilliant amber color with strong yellow tones.  A lighter and brighter example than is typically seen in this particular stamp embossed mold variant.  

At first glance, all the drip points appear undamaged, but close scrutiny reveals seven are only partially flaked.

This one deserves special attention by colored signal collectors!
