#634 CD 162 HEMINGRAY-19 Dark cobalt blue. Round Drip points.
This particular shade is darker than is typically encountered in cobalt blue Hemingray signals, being especially well saturated and rich.
We find no damage whatsoever, having an unused appearance! Let's play it safe and call it very, very near mint.
