#640 CD 120 PONY PAT APP FOR. Brooke's blue.
Produced using a threading mandrel which was covered in a patent issued on August 14, 1883. This same threading technique was also used in the production of various insulators with either "Brooke's" or "Patent Applied For" marking on CD 120, 125, 133.1 and the CD 109 and 135 Chicago Insulator Company items.
