#816 732 Unmarked Milky aqua.
The 732 is one of several different “compromise” style insulators which were popular from the mid to late 1860’s. The 732 is quite a lot scarcer than the unmarked 731, and has been found in limited areas. The majority have surfaced in New York State, but fair size numbers have also been discovered in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Their range stretches as far east as Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Shallow, pinkie nail base flake is trivial. Three peck mark - flakes, each the size of a wooden match-head. Displays very, very near mint from most sides! A nice one!
