Description

#827       CD 162       H.G. CO.    PATENT MAY 2 1893      PETTICOAT.      Milky-opaque peacock blue.

Most of the insulator contains milky, opaque impurities, with an especially heavy concentration in the dome.  The type of unique and highly desirable item that rarely surfaces for sale.

Once part of the Charlie Allmon collection, this gem was sold in Pole Top Discoveries' Catalogue Auction #73 in December, 2015.  Here's a second chance to own one of the more outstanding colored signals in existence!

The second photo shows the insulator with back lighting.  Note the threaded pinhole is nearly obliterated by the thick, opaque impurities.

 Fabulous, very near mint+ condition!
