Description

#839    CD 123     E.C&M CO S.F.     Aurora blue    "H" mold.    4-3/16" height.

The term “Aurora” blue is used by collectors to describe the attractive blue tinted EC&M examples found on the route of a communication line operated by the Nevada & California Telegraph Company between Aurora and Candelaria, Nevada.

These insulators were among the latest produced with the "EC&M Co." marking.

Fabulous condition with no chips!  Very minor excess glass removal at the base edge (see second photo).  None of the usual base damage!
