Description

#891     134      (Diamond).      Bright green.

Small, crudely embossed diamond on dome top.

Amazing richness and clarity in the glass, consistent with articles produced at the Lyndeborough Glass Works in New Hampshire. The company produced a variety of colorful bottles, using high quality materials. Insulators were also manufactured using various Samuel Oakman molding processes.

Quite rare in this color, with perhaps less than 10 accounted for. Three or four were discovered on Nantucket Island decades ago. A great item for anyone seeking colorful rarities, and of special interest to someone building a collection of colorful Oakman products.

Still retains the original wood cob and metal pin in the pinhole (which could be removed with a little time and effort). Very near mint.

Buy-Now Price: $2500.

BUY-NOW lots are subject to the normal 12% buyer premium, added to the Buy-Now price.
