#1019 CD 132 PATENT DEC.19. 1871. 2 Rich teal.
Collectors often refer to the dark "teal aqua" 1871 patent dated insulators produced by Hemingray as being "teal." This dazzling gem truly is a "real teal," having stronger bluish tones in the teal than any 1871 dated insulator we've ever encountered!
A beautiful color that deserves special attention by anyone interested in bullets or 1871 specialty collectors.
Vivid, bright glass. Large, fancy, script "2" on reverse dome.
Exceptional, very, very near mint condition.
Dick Bowman collection.
