Attractive carbon impurities on both sides of the dome add great character!
In addition, note the "Patd May 2nd 1893" embossing has been blotted out.
All the drip points on the inner skirt appear to be fully intact. On the outer skirt, all remain intact except one did not fill out because of a tiny bubble inside, and one is removed. Remainder of insulator is very near mint.
