Description

#1177       CD 160       ARMSTRONG'S   NO 14       Colorless.      Slumped.

A severely slumped insulator from the Bob Moss collection.

A tag on the insulator indicates this is one of the insulators dug by him at the glass factory site in Millville decades ago.

Bob, who has resided in Millville, New Jersey for many years, collected insulators for decades, and amassed a sizable grouping of solid pours, deformed and slumped insulators produced at the glass factory operated in Millville by Whitall Tatum, Armstrong and Kerr.

Bob dug many of the oddball examples in his collection from a dumpsite on the factory property, as well as obtaining items carried home many decades ago by former workers at the plant.

Very, very near mint.
