This design is scarce in aqua, and rarely encountered in green. Perhaps only the third or fourth green example Pole Top Discoveries has ever offered in an auction. This example is darker than the last one we offered, and it has some attractive amber impurities in the dome.
This style insulator was offered in the 1902 C.S. Knowles Catalogue, and was possibly made in one of the Elmer, New Jersey glasshouses.
Very near mint.
