#1227 CD 162 HEMINGRAY MAY 2 1893 PETTICOAT. Rich cobalt blue. Sharp drip points.
This embossing variant with 1893 date and lacking the work "Patent" is quite a lot scarcer than the cobalt blue examples marked "Hemingray No 19." This one has excellent, overall bright qualities in the glass.
Condition is quite nice with only three drip points partially flaked on the inside, and a shallow, half pinkie nail flake on the side wire ridge.
