The richly colored glass has teal tones... produced by the Brookfield Glass Company.
The openings in the ears for inserting a tie wire was one of many inventions patented by Samuel Oakman. He secured numerous patents related to glass making over a period of four decades.
Sparkling, shiny glass surface. Very near mint+ condition.
