One side of the skirt is embossed with a vertical bar and an inverted numeral three. The other skirt has a similar embossed bar, but in place of the numeral three, there is a blot out.
A scarce signal style insulator, thought to be related to the KCGW insulators, seldom surfaces for sale.
Half pinkie nail indentation (no damage) on the skirt, where the insulator pressed against another surface after manufacture, when the glass was still hot .
Some shallow flakes along a portion of the base edge, that appears to be from excess glass (fin) removal along the mold line. Remainder of insulator is very near mint.
