#1547 CD 143 STANDARD Light grayish amethyst.
This small, Canadian "beehive" insulator has a short, squatty stature. The glass has especially attractive "crystal-like" qualities with excellent clarity and brightness.
A fold on the glass surface traverses from the base to the dome, creating an optical illusion of a zig-zag, "Z" shaped interior thread pattern within the pinhole.
Deeply tapered, thin base remains in superior condition. The outer area is free of any dings, flakes or chips - great condition! Has a little shallow flaking on the lower portion of the interior threads, but who cares about that?
