#1671 CD 121 PAT'D SEPT 19TH 1899. Light aqua.
The "pleats" on the skirt are an interesting feature patented by Frederick Withycombe. Likely produced at a glass factory in Elmer, New Jersey which operated in the early 1900's. Examples were used on communication lines in Missouri, California, Oregon and perhaps other locations.
A lighter aqua color than is typically encountered in this type insulator, and with just a hint of green impurities in one side of the insulator.
Very near mint.
