#1793       CD 263       PATD MAY 12 1891      COLUMBIA.       Dark green aqua.

One of the more unusual insulator designs, and quite popular among collectors.  The glass characteristics and molding techniques appear to be that of the Brookfield Glass Company.

Small area of chafing on the inside edge of the right eye opening.  Minor, small surface blemishes.  Small open bubble on the base, below "BI" embossing.  Two similar open bubbles on bottom of inner skirt.

Pretty nice looking example, and an attractive dark color.
