Standoff... used to mount high voltage electrical gear such as switches.
Found in France.
9" height.
Two surface chips at top threads are only pencil eraser diameter. Shallow pinkie nail/finger nail chip on flange at bottom.
Lot consists of ONE item as marked above each item in photo. CD 102 used only as a size reference.
