#2036 CD 140 JUMBO (1890 dates on skirt) OAKMAN MFG CO BOSTON (base). Aqua.
Some were used on Boston's rapid transit system.
Flat base chip chip removes some of the base embossing. Associated very shallow, pinkie nail flakes come up the front skirt (at left in photo).
A very large and impressive insulator!
