#2040 CD 145 AM. INSULATOR CO. N.Y. DOUBLE PETTICOAT. (three patent dates). Bright yellow olive.
Excellent clarity in the glass! Has the January 29, 1884 patent date embossing, which is a scarcer variant.
Colorful American beehives have been found at various locations, the largest numbers surfacing along New York State railroads.
Some abrasion on bottom of base edge. Two flat base chips (see 2nd & 3rd photos) removes some embossing. Light surface scuffing to one side.
