Two Russian characters embossed on the skirt. One has the appearance of an inverted "A," the other like a "0" with a line through.
Glass has an abundance of white particles and junk. There's also a slight jade-like appearance, which creates an overall glowing effect within the glass. A beautiful, colorful insulator!!!
The consignor informs this is the only one he has seen or heard of.
Quite a sizable item, measuring 5-1/4" in height! That's a little taller than a CD 257 "Mickey Mouse" insulator!
