Canadian mold variant.
Insulators of this type were produced in a wide range of colours, most of which are quite scarce or rare. This particular shade/hue is seldom encountered. We typically refrain from using specific terminology, but suggest perhaps this beauty falls between dark cornflower and sapphire blue.
Two shallow, non distracting base flakes. One is half pinkie nail size. The other about 1/8 of the base area... again quite shallow. Remainder of insulator has only very minor surface blemishes including pinhead and match head marks, and a scratch on the dome. Great overall appearance. If only all threadless could be this nice when it comes to condition!
