Rich, bright color in this signal style insulator produced by the Hemingray Glass Company.
Various cobalt and other blue shades of glass were produced for power companies desiring to color code their lines. In some cases, the cobalt blue examples were used on street light systems separating those wires from others on the same poles.
Three drip points on the reverse are only partially flaked. A nice one!
