An original mold was used to produce these "novelty" solid pour examples by a glasshouse in Glassboro, New Jersey during the 1970's. Limited numbers were made in various colors.
The amber color of this heavy brute is dark, but does pass more light than the photo suggests, especially in the top half of the insulator.
Attractive, heavily rippled pattern on the glass surface.
Very, very near mint. Embossing is weak or obliterated.
