Description

#2244       CD 145     W. BROOKFIELD.      45 CLIFF ST.   NY.          Dark amethyst.

Excellent depth of color in this old, mold-line-over-dome, "beehive" style insulator.  Medium strength embossing on the dome.  

These can be found with or without an embossed patent date on the reverse dome.  Some have the date blotted out.  This unit has part of the date embossing visible.

Triangular shaped, dome bubble to the left of center is fully encased inside the glass.  Great color and exceptional, sparkling, very near mint+ condition.
