#2377 CD 208 CALIFORNIA Smokey amethyst.
Examples of this "cross-top" style insulator were found on a long distance telephone line across the North Cascades of Washington. The cross top design was well suited for the heavy snow conditions in the mountainous region. Some were also found in California.
Bold embossing.
Shallow, half pinkie nail flake on underside of reverse wire ridge. Still considered very near mint!
