Description

#2690      CD 127      W1      Light blue aqua with opaque impurities.

Well pronounced, milky-opaque ribbons meander through the glass in this early telegraph insulator produced in the 1870's. These ribbons traverse from the base to dome, all around the insulator, with a couple heavier concentrations.

This one takes on a dramatic appearance when bottom lighted!

Molding techniques are similar to other insulators believed to have been produced in the Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania area.

Looks great from all sides!

Sparkling, very near mint+ condition... a beautiful jewel!
