Description

#2804      CD 112.4      (Bar)     (Bar)       Dark olive amber.

Produced in Canada for use on telephone lines.  Most American made insulators of this design were produced in lighter colored glass, so these dark units really stand out.

Produced in a mold that was originally used to manufacture CD 102 ponies with regular length embossed bars on each side of the skirt.  The mold was re-machined with a second, lower wire ridge, thus only short bars are evident just below the bottom ridge.

Several bubbles inside the skirt glass add some character.

Small ding on dome (see photo).  Half inch annealing line up from the base (see photo) remains mostly close to the surface, penetrating only 1/8" at the most.

Other side displays wonderfully.  This photo supplied to show the minor blemishes.

Buy-Now Price:  $50
