#3011       CD 308        NO 100.       Aqua.

A scarce "helmet" type insulator used on high voltage power lines.

There's a faint greenish tint to the aqua coloration.

Base has an open bubble that's smaller than a pinkie nail, with a shallow, match head flake on one end.  Quite nice for this damage prone style!
