#3034 CD 690 L 'ELECTRO VERRE (Gardy logo) Green.
A giant "T-Bar" design, produced in France. The large, heavy bar at the top was designed to hold a fuse.
These insulators are quite large, measuring 5-7/8 inches in height. The solid glass, round bar at the top is 6-1/2 inches long and 1-1/8 inch in diameter! Quite an impressive insulator!
Purple pony insulator shown for size comparison is not included in this lot.
Side with embossed Gardy logo has no damage and displays very well (some sediment on inside of skirt could be cleaned with a little effort). Opposite mold half with "L 'Electro Verre" embossing has a chip (see photo) on the middle wire ridge. Thumbnail chip removes the letter "L." A little chipping on the inner skirt.
