Possibly made in southwestern Pennsylvania.
A rare mold variant, with exceptionally few known in the hobby. The molding techniques are quite similar to some unmarked CD 133.4 "bullet" style insulators which were found primarily in southwestern Pennsylvania.
Some fairly thick excess glass on one side of the base mold line was removed at time of production (see photos). Remainder of insulator is very near mint.
