Another very impressive and highly unusual "Robot" style insulator from France The 5-1/2 inch height adds to the overall impressiveness.
Note the abundance of dome glass in this beauty, making it all the more attractive.
The dark area on the upper edge of the wire groove (at left) is a fully enclosed bubble within the glass, not damage. The thin mold seam on a portion of the arms had some excess glass protruding, which was ground of at the factory.
Overall, a very near mint+ beauty!
