#2996-J CD 164 HEMINGRAY-20 Bright orange amber.
Far fewer colorful, deep groove CD 164 Hemingray insulators have been found than the narrower groove CD 162 examples.
Attractive, bright orange coloration with nice clarity.
Shallow, clean flake on reverse wire ridge is half the size of a pinkie nail. Match head mark on reverse has a little excess glass adhered, where the insulator touched another in the annealing process. Otherwise, a shiny beauty in excellent condition.
