Skirt embossing representing the King City Glass Works. Various styles of insulators have been found with the KCGW marking, this design among the scarcest.
Check out the side view photo showing the skirt dots on both mold halves projecting outward!
Shallow flake can be seen at the center base of the second image. A pretty minimal blemish, and the remainder of the sparkling insulator is very, very near mint.
