Description

#201      CD 130    Cal. Elec. Works.     Aqua.     Three piece mold variant.

Produced for the California Electrical Works, circa late 1870's to early 1880's.  CEW succeeded the Electrical Construction & Maintenance Company of San Francisco in 1877 and continued to supply electrical apparatus and materials into the early 1900's.

Very near mint from the front.  Reverse has only one shallow, pinkie nail flake on the wire ridge.  Two thin, match head base flakes.  Great condition for this damage prone style!  Much nicer than most examples!
