The glass color has wonderful violet tones! Many of the insulators produced at the WFG factory in Valverde, Colorado have stronger blue tones than glass made by other insulator manufacturers, which typically have more reddish influence. The violet tint of WFG insulators is quite attractive, and this particular toll has excellent depth of color.
Very near mint. For those seeking greater detail, there is a pinhead flake on the reverse wire ridge, book-match head flake on reverse wire ridge and a match head peck mark on the lower front dome. In-the-making surface annealing line near the base.
The larger dark spot in the upper dome area is a magnified/reflected bubble positioned in the reverse dome area, not damage.
Plenty of dome glass to exhibit the beautiful color!
