#706 CD 162 HEMINGRAY-19 MADE IN U.S.A. Dark ink blue.
A scarce color which is distinctively different from cobalt blue. These exhibit strong contrast to the various lighter and medium amber shades found in Hemingray 19's, as they are on the opposite side of the color spectrum.
Exceptional, sparkling, very near mint+ condition!
