#728 CD 1038 CUTTER. PAT APR. 26 04. Medium dark aqua.
A rather short example that was molded with less than a normal amount of glass. Note the short distance from the bottom of the two eye openings to the base.
Embossed in a circular pattern on the top. Believed to have been produced by the Brookfield Glass Company in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
Especially nice condition for a Cutter! Has only minor flaking on the base edges, lacking the usual, larger flakes and chips.
