#815 731 M Medium-dark teal aqua.
Most likely produced in Southwestern Pennsylvania, possibly at a glassworks in the Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania area. The "M" marking is on the flat dome area, and is unattributed.
Few of this type threadless insulator have been found, and they seldom surface for sale.
Areas of cloudiness on the glass surface. Four internal fractures, remaining mostly in the skirt area, with one traversing half way up the dome (see photos).
