Description

#1076      CD 151      N.A.T. CO.     H.G. CO.      PATD MAY 2ND 1893.      Vivid, dark electric blue.

A beautiful, rich blue color that is darker than a typical electric blue, and lighter than your normal peacock blue HG Co insulators.  Further enhanced with milky opaque streaks in the glass, which have a glowing effect in bright sunlight.

The color is a little lighter and closer to electric blue than the first photo.  The second photo is darker than the actual insulator.  This bright blue color tone usually makes a digital camera go haywire, but the first photo came out more true to the actual color than is sometimes achievable.

A rare color that's made all the more attractive with the milky opaque impurities!  One you seldom see available for  purchase!

Amazingly, we find no damage to any of the drip points on both the inner and outer skirts!  Half pinkie nail flake in the wire groove and match head flake on upper wire ridge (on the side opposite the Natco embossing).

Ross Baird collection.
